Description: |
* Resident Mechanical Engineer working in Client's Owensboro, KY Plant assisting with plant engineering and construction work.
* Assembling RFQ packages for bulk materials, construction work, and equipment.
* Interface with contractors and suppliers.
* Maintain drawing book and drawing list including markups of HVAC, and other mechanical drawings.
* Plant walk down work involving climbing, as-built work, field measurements, manual sketching, mark up of existing drawings.
* Development of job notes and technical scopes of work.

Qualifications: |
* 10+ years of Food and Beverage Industry Experience including some packaging experience.
* Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer skills and some capability in AutoCAD.
* Capable to read and develop written scopes of work from technical drawings
* Demonstrated commitment and success in meeting published schedule dates and budgets
* B.S. in Mechanical or Packaging Engineering |
