Stonegate Mortgage Corporation offers career opportunities for experienced Mortgage Advisors in our branch offices. The primary responsibility of this position is to effectively self-generate mortgage loan production from company provided leads, referral sources, realtors, builders, and consumer networking groups. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Represent Stonegate in the market in a positive manner, and network to create additional loan opportunities for the Mortgage Advisor and the company.
• Personally originate individual loan production.
• Complete an initial loan application with all consumers – either face-to-face, via telephone, or by directing the consumer to apply online at www.stonegatemtg.com.
• Follow the documented Stonegate origination procedures in detail.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
• Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems.
• Ability to perform tasks and complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Represent Stonegate Mortgage Corporation in a professional manner by dressing professionally daily while in the office or when attending events.

Qualifications: |
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
• Must be properly licensed in all states in which they originate loans.
• Must have a proven track record of success in the mortgage lending industry or possess a degree in a related field.
